AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383 Compliance Data. Contractor must report the total number of Commercial and MFD/MXD Service Units serviced and the number of containers, container sizes and frequency of collection for Garbage, Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste for each non-exempt Commercial and MFD/MXD Service Unit. Contractor must also provide the following information separately for both AB 341 and AB 1826:

  • Child Support Compliance Act If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, this section is applicable.
