Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. As directed in the task order PWS, Contractor shall provide and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that meets Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements. Government shall review and accept plan prior to Contractor mobilization. The Contractor shall submit Notice of Intent (NOI) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Upon completion of work, Contractor shall submit Notice of Termination (NOT) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Contractor shall submit copy of the NOI, NOT and other permits to COR upon request, and Contractor shall include copies in its Final Report.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Contractor shall ensure that a storm water pollution prevention plan is initiated, maintained, and enforced in accordance with all regulations, local ordinances, and agencies, throughout duration of the Project.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. All Tenant facilities and improvements shall meet the Airport’s Tenant Design Guide and Xxxx Xxxxx Airport Construction Standards as well as Architectural Guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. All improvements shall meet the California Green Building Code (Title 24) CALGreen Tier 1. In particular, the Tenant shall implement the following conservation measures and policies as applicable:
A. Use equipment and appliances that are ENERGY STAR rated or equivalent and EPA Water Sense or equivalent, as applicable when replacing existing equipment and appliances.
B. Use high-efficiency light fixtures and bulbs (including compact fluorescents) when replacing or installing new fixtures and bulbs.
C. Install sensors in office areas to turn off lights when unoccupied when these areas are being renovated or updated.
D. Install energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment when replacing or upgrading.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Design Build Entity shall develop and implement the SWPPP that complies with the State of California Construction General Permit for Storm Water Discharges. Design Build Entity shall pay all costs associated with development and implementation of the SWPPP as provided hereunder, which shall be included in the GMP.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Tenant hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by Landlord or any state, county, or federal agency in regard to storm water pollution prevention.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The CONSULTANT shall prepare the SWPPP for compliance with the State NOI requirement if the threshold of disturbed area is exceeded.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. SELLER has prepared and will maintain a SWPPP and Drainage Plan for the project. The plan includes best management practices such as stabilized construction entrances, silt fence, and inlet protection. Surface drainage on the rear of the units will be toward the roadways or a rear-lot drainage swell, and drainage on front and side of units will be toward the streets.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. (i) Subcontractor acknowledges, and accepts, that this Project, and all work on this Project falls under the jurisdiction of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit and that this project has a Sewer Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) program that has been submitted to the NPDES and is implemented on this site.
(ii) Included in the SWPPP program is the requirement for the implementation of Best Management Practices (BMP’s), as approved by the NPDES and the SWPPP program, to control the disposal of pollutants to surface water.
(iii) Subcontractor acknowledges, and accepts, that Subcontractor is solely responsible for the implementation of all SWPPP and BMP requirements in connection with Subcontractor’s operations when on the Job Site.
(iv) Subcontractor acknowledges, and accepts, that any violations, or fines, associated with noncompliance by Subcontractor of the aforementioned requirements shall be borne solely by Subcontractor.
(v) Subcontractor acknowledges, and accepts, that any violations, or fines, assigned to Owner, or Builder, due to Subcontractor’s failure of compliance to NPDES and SWPPP project requirements shall be the responsibility of Subcontractor for payment thereof.
(vi) Included, but not limited to, are the following BMP’s which shall be adhered to by the Subcontractors working on the Project:
(vii) Every Subcontractor is responsible for all trash generated by his operation. This includes paper trash (i.e. cigarette butts, lunch wrappers, material wrap and containers).
(viii) All trash is to be properly disposed of in designated trash bins/areas, per NPDES, SWPPP, BMP’s and/or the direction of the Builder.
(ix) All materials are to be neatly stacked in appropriate areas on a continuing and daily basis.
(x) During the course of work and at the end of each day, the Job Site is to be maintained in a clean and xxxxxxx like manner and in complete compliance with all NPDES and SWPPP requirements. Subcontractor is responsible to ensure that this requirement is met by Subcontractor’s employees, subcontractors and workmen during the course of Subcontractor’s Work.
(xi) It is Subcontractor’s sole responsibility to know, and be familiar with, the NPDES, SWPPP, and BMP’s for the Project. As applicable, CSW|ST2 will prepare the Notice of Intent (NOI), plans and documents required for the General Construction Activity Permit 2009-0009-DWQ State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The SWPPP will provide measures to control or prevent pollution of surface runoff from erosion, mud and sediment, material stockpiles, and on-site vehicle/equipment storage and maintenance. Additionally, the SWPPP will include provisions for maintenance and repair of control measures, personnel training, waste disposal and, if necessary, on-site sanitary facilities. Our efforts include SWPPP preparation by Qualified SWPPP Designer (QSD).
