Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. As directed in the task order PWS, Contractor shall provide and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that meets Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements. Government shall review and accept plan prior to Contractor mobilization. The Contractor shall submit Notice of Intent (NOI) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Upon completion of work, Contractor shall submit Notice of Termination (NOT) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Contractor shall submit copy of the NOI, NOT and other permits to COR upon request, and Contractor shall include copies in its Final Report.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Contractor shall ensure that a storm water pollution prevention plan is initiated, maintained, and enforced in accordance with all regulations, local ordinances, and agencies, throughout duration of the Project.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Design Build Entity shall develop and implement the SWPPP that complies with the State of California Construction General Permit for Storm Water Discharges. Design Build Entity shall pay all costs associated with development and implementation of the SWPPP as provided hereunder, which shall be included in the GMP.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. All Tenant facilities and improvements shall meet the Airport’s Tenant Design Guide and Xxxx Xxxxx Airport Construction Standards as well as Architectural Guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. All improvements shall meet the California Green Building Code (Title 24) CALGreen Tier 1. In particular, the Tenant shall implement the following conservation measures and policies as applicable:
A. Use equipment and appliances that are ENERGY STAR rated or equivalent and EPA Water Sense or equivalent, as applicable when replacing existing equipment and appliances.
B. Use high-efficiency light fixtures and bulbs (including compact fluorescents) when replacing or installing new fixtures and bulbs.
C. Install sensors in office areas to turn off lights when unoccupied when these areas are being renovated or updated.
D. Install energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment when replacing or upgrading.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The CONSULTANT shall prepare the SWPPP for compliance with the State NOI requirement if the threshold of disturbed area is exceeded.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Tenant hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by Landlord or any state, county, or federal agency in regard to storm water pollution prevention.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. SELLER has prepared and will maintain a SWPPP and Drainage Plan for the project. The plan includes best management practices such as stabilized construction entrances, silt fence, and inlet protection. Surface drainage on the rear of the lots will be toward the roadways or a rear-lot drainage swell, and drainage on front and side of lots will be toward the streets.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. TENANT hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by LANDLORD or any state, county, or federal agency in regard to storm water pollution prevention.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. TANK CONTRACTOR shall develop dewatering and stormwater / pollution protection plans as required by Project requirements and Applicable Law. TANK CONTRACTOR shall submit plans(s) to PURCHASER for review and approval not less than 30 Days or as directed by PURCHASER prior to the commencement of Work. PURCHASER will return comments or approval within 15 Days. • TANK CONTRACTOR shall obtain PURCHASER acceptance for construction water sources.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. PBS&J will prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for construction activities based on the CASQA SWPPP template.
1. Prepare Permit Registration Documents (PRDs) for submittal by the Legally Responsible Person (LRP). The project PRDs will include the development of a Construction SWPPP, Notice of Intent (NOI), Risk Assessment and Vicinity Map, and a Signed Certification Statement.
2. Upon submittal of PRDs through the Storm water Multi-Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) database and Signed Certification Statement with the appropriate permit fee, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) will assign the project a WDID number.
3. Prepare one Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). The SWPPP report will consist of a site description, erosion and sediment control measures, construction site monitoring program, maintenance and inspection. The SWPPP will be scanned in PDF format and ready for submittal as to the SMARTs database. The SWPPP will need to be kept valid throughoutthe construction period and the SWPPP must be kept at the job site. Training construction personnel and monitoring of the erosion and sediment control devices will be the Clients superintendents responsibility.
4. The City/LRP shall complete the certification process through SMARTs Database maintained by the SWRCB.
