Common use of EPC Services and Cost Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

EPC Services and Cost Responsibilities. Affected System Operator shall perform the EPC Services described in Appendix A hereto and as otherwise set forth by the terms of this Agreement at Developer’s sole expense up to the ASO Estimated Total Costs amount. The Developer’s and Affected System Operator’s respective responsibilities for the cost of Affected System Operator ’s performance of the EPC Services above the ASO Estimated Total Costs amount shall be determined in accordance with Section 25.8.6 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.
