Cost Responsibility. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Customer Facility as specified in the Tariff. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this ISA.
Cost Responsibility. Responsibility for the Costs of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities shall be assigned in accordance with Section 217 of the Tariff, as applicable, and shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement.
Cost Responsibility. 12.1 The Network Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the Network Customer, Host Transmission Owner, and Transmission Provider to implement the provisions of this Operating Agreement including, but not limited to, engineering, administrative and general expenses, material and labor expenses associated with the specification, design, review, approval, purchase, installation, maintenance, modification, repair, operation, replacement, checkouts, testing, upgrading, calibration, removal, and relocation of equipment or software, so long as the direct assignment of such costs is consistent with Commission policy.
Cost Responsibility. The Contract Agency shall be responsible for the cost of medication prescribed for its inmates. The Contract Agency shall also be responsible for costs associated with the delivery of medical, psychiatric, dental, and emergency medical services provided to an inmate which are not available from the health care program within the County jail. These costs shall be paid directly to the provider or as a reimbursement to the County, as directed by the County.
Cost Responsibility. Project Developer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Generating Facility or Merchant Transmission Facility as specified in the GIP. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, a Distribution Upgrades charge, Network Upgrades charge, Stand Alone Network Upgrades charge, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this GIA.
Cost Responsibility. Costs for the initial subsurface investigation will be shared equally between Green Plains and VBV.
Cost Responsibility. (i)Subject to Section 3.13(d)(v), Seller shall bear all non-fuel costs of each Capacity Test other than Buyer’s Capacity Tests.
Cost Responsibility. The costs determined under Section 11.1(a) shall be allocated to and recovered from the Parties to this Agreement and other entities pursuant to Schedule 9-5 of the PJM Tariff.
Cost Responsibility. Except to the extent this Agreement provides expressly to the contrary, each Party shall pay all costs in connection with the performance of its obligations under or as set forth in this Agreement.
Cost Responsibility. Customer-Generator shall bear the cost of any facilities, equipment, modifications and upgrades as required by the Rule. Customer-Generator shall also be responsible for all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its Net Metering Facility.
