Equal Employment Opportunity and Other Non-Discrimination Clauses. (i) Seller shall, at all times, comply with all Applicable Law applicable to employees, including without limitation those governing wages, hours, desegregation, employment discrimination, employment of minors, health and safety. Seller shall comply with equal opportunity laws and regulations to the extent that they are applicable. (ii) Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Buyer, its Board of Directors, officers, employees and agents from all losses, costs and damages by reason of any violation thereof and from any liability, including without limitation fines, penalties and other costs arising out of Vendor’s failure to so comply. (iii) Seller shall execute and deliver to Buyer a completed Certificate of Compliance using Buyer’s form of Certificate before starting to perform Work under this Agreement.
