Discrimination Clause. The contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of the following as applicable: Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, Federal Executive Order 11246 as amended, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Fair Housing Act of 1968 as amended, and contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Contractor agrees not to discriminate in its employment practices, and will render services under this contract without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status, political affiliation, or disabilities. Any act of discrimination committed by Contractor, or failure to comply with these statutory obligations when applicable shall be grounds for termination of this contract.
Discrimination Clause. The County, the Union, and any other party bound by this Agreement shall each apply the provisions of this Agreement equally to all employees in the Union without discrimination as to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or visual handicap, national origin or because of political or personal reasons or affiliations.
Discrimination Clause. Neither the College nor the Association shall discriminate against any Employee because of that Employee's race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age (as defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, or in Ohio law governing age discrimination), or handicap/disability (as defined in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, in Ohio law governing handicap discrimination, or in the American With Disabilities Act of 1990). The provisions of this Section 15.11 shall not be subject to the grievance procedure set forth in Article III of this Agreement.

Provider agrees to abide by the requirements of all local, state, and/or federal law, including but not limited to the following: Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Equal Opportunity Act of 1972, Federal Executive Order 11246, the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Act of 1975, and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Provider warrants and guarantees that it is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. In all hiring or employment made possible by or resulting from this Contract, there shall not be any discrimination against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or veterans’ status; and where applicable, affirmative action will be taken to ensure that Provider's employees are treated equally during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, political affiliation, disabilities or veteran status. This requirement shall apply to but not be limited to the following: employment upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. All solicitations or advertisements for employees shall state that all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or veteran status.

LCDC agrees not to discriminate in its employment practices, and will render services under this contract without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status, political affiliation, or disabilities. Any act of discrimination committed by LCDC, or failure to comply with these statutory obligations when applicable shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement.
Discrimination Clause a. The Agency and the Union agree not to unlawfully discriminate against any employee and/or member on the basis of age, genetic information, sex (including pregnancy, child birth and related medical conditions), marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, medical condition, physical and/or mental disability, religion, race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, military and veterans status, political affiliation, or Union membership or activity.
b. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to extend benefits to any person.
Discrimination Clause. SECTION 12.1 The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all members covered by this Agreement without discrimination on account of religion, race, color, union activities, national origin, sex, disability, height, weight, marital status, creed, and genetic information.
Discrimination Clause. 31-1 The Association agrees that membership in the Association shall be open to all Regular Status Employees of the District regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, political affiliation, age, or disability. The District will do nothing to discourage or encourage Employees from membership in the Association.
31-2 No person, persons or agencies responsible to the District nor the Association and its officers and members shall discriminate for or against any Employee on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, marital status, Employee organization or political affiliation, age or for the purposes of evading the spirit of the Agreement. The District and the Association agree to abide by the provisions of applicable federal, state and local laws and executive orders regarding these matters.
31-3 All Employees have a right to work in an environment free of unlawful discrimination, including sexual harassment. Since statutory remedies are available to address these concerns, the resolution of such disputes is outside the grievance and arbitration provision of this Agreement.

Contractor hereby agrees to abide by the requirements of the following as applicable: Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972; the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Federal Executive Order 11246 as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975; the Fair Housing Act of 1968; and all applicable requirements imposed by or pursuant to the regulations of the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services. Contractor agrees not to discriminate in the rendering of services to and/or employment of individuals because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, political affiliation, veteran status, or any other non-merit factor. Any act of discrimination committed by Contractor, or failure to comply with these statutory obligations when applicable, shall be grounds for termination of this contract.
Discrimination Clause. Macalester does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or status with respect to public assistance. The Contractor agrees to avoid any conduct or material that is so extreme or offensive in nature that it would constitute a violation of this nondiscrimination policy, and Macalester reserves the right to terminate any performance that involves such a violation.
