Expertise. Such Member alone, or together with its representatives, possesses such expertise, knowledge and sophistication in financial and business matters generally, and in the type of transactions in which the Company proposes to engage in particular, that such Member is capable of evaluating the merits and economic risks of acquiring and holding the Units, and that such Member is able to bear all such economic risks now and in the future;
Expertise. Employee shall make available to the Company any and all information of which he has knowledge that is relevant to the Company's business and shall make all suggestions and recommendations that he believes will be of benefit to the Company.
Expertise. Vendor hereby represents and warrants to Pace that Vendor has sufficient staff and equipment available to perform the Work and that all individuals providing the Work have the background, training, licensure, and experience to perform properly the Work to be delivered under this Agreement and/or, as appropriate, for adequately supervising such individuals at the worksite(s).

Expertise. The supervisor shall be a clearly designated licensed or license-eligible professional appropriate to the degree program.
Expertise. Buyer has the requisite technical, legal and operational experience, competence and capability to operate the Sale Entities as they are currently being operated and in accordance with Law and good and prudent industry practice.
