EQUAL HOUSING. If the Tenant(s) possesses any impairment, mental or physical, the Landlord agrees to provide reasonable modifications to the Property in order to ac- commodate such impairments except in the case of modifications that would be too difficult or too expensive for the Landlord to provide. The Tenant(s) are encouraged disclose to the Landlord any impairment(s) that may be aided by reasonable modifi- cations to allow the parties to identify the most beneficial modifications to the Prop- erty.
