Equal Pay. The Employer shall not discriminate between male and female employees by employing a person of one sex for any work at a rate of pay that is less than the rate of pay at which a person of the other sex is employed for similar or substantially similar work.

Equal Pay. The Contractor will comply with all applicable provisions of the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. 206(d) and the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003, 820 ILCS 112/1, et seq., as amended, and all applicable related rules and regulations including but not limited to those set forth in 29 CFR Part 1620 and 56 Ill. Adm. Code Part 320.
