Equal Opportunity Provisions in Construction Contracts. The Borrower shall incorporate or cause to be incorporated into any construction contract, as defined in Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965 and implementing regulations, which is paid for in whole or in part with funds obtained from the RUS or borrowed on the credit of the United States pursuant to a grant, contract, loan, insurance or guarantee, or undertaken pursuant to any RUS program involving such grant, contract, loan, insurance or guarantee, the equal opportunity provisions set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto entitled Equal Opportunity Contract Provisions.

Part 60, “Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor,” which is paid for in whole or in part with funds obtained from RUS or borrowed on the credit of the United States pursuant to a grant, contract, loan, insurance or guarantee, or undertaken pursuant to any RUS program involving such grant, contract, loan, insurance or guarantee. The Grantee shall include the equal opportunity provisions set forth in Attachment 1 hereto, entitled Equal Opportunity Contract Provisions, into every federally assisted construction contract.
