Equinix PPA Compliance. Seller will immediately provide notice to Buyer in the event that Seller knows or has reason to believe that a Compliance Law Violation (as defined in the Equinix PPA) or a breach of any of the representations, warranties or covenants in Section 7.1(h)(i) of the Equinix PPA has occurred or will occur in connection with any act or omission by Seller, Seller Affiliate, the Service Provider or a Seller or Seller Affiliate agent, representative or subcontractor at any tier.
