Common use of Equipment Alterations Clause in Contracts

Equipment Alterations. Purchaser acknowledges that ART shall have complete discretion to furnish the Services using any equipment it chooses, so long as the Services are designed to satisfy the Performance Expectations. ART shall use reasonable efforts to notify Purchaser of any changes in Equipment that appear likely to materially affect Purchaser's equipment or services prior to making any such changes.
