Common use of Equipment and Service Software Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Service Software. Customer will comply with any licence agreement relating to Vodafone Software provided with the Equipment and any end user licence terms relating to the Service or any shrink-wrap or click-through and open source Software licences. If Customer does not accept the terms of the licence of any any Software required in order for the Services to be performed, Vodafone will be excused from performing any Services relying on such Software.
