Equipment and Services. 3.1 We will provide the Services to you from the Commencement Date for the remainder of the term of the Agreement in relation to those Services. 3.2 If you use the Services to make an emergency call, the caller location information that is provided to the emergency services may not be the location from which the call is made, which may delay the emergency services’ response to the call. 3.3 Where you have bought Equipment from us you will own the title to the Equipment (other than any SIM Card and embedded Software) when we have received full payment for that Equipment. Until that time you must identify the Equipment as belonging to us. Title to SIM Cards and all other Equipment remains with us at all times unless expressed otherwise in the Service Terms. 3.4 Your use of the Equipment and Services is conditional on your acceptance of applicable Software Licence(s) prior to such use, the terms of which shall comprise your sole rights and remedies in respect of the Software. 3.5 You shall use the Equipment and Services in accordance with our AUP and shall indemnify us against any and all liability and costs which we suffer if you breach the AUP. 3.6 Where any Equipment or other hardware is supplied to you by a Partner, this supply shall be subject to the terms of the agreement between you and the Partner, and we shall have no liability for such Equipment or its failure to operate on the Network. 3.7 For an estimate of the mobile Network speeds Customer may experience when in the UK, please see Vodafone’s coverage checker at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/. To discuss any issues regarding Services or any redress in respect of the Services, please speak to Vodafone’s Customer Services or Customer’s account manager (where applicable).
Equipment and Services. Amazon may provide one or more access control devices (along with related equipment, software, and applications, “Equipment”) that may provide delivery providers authorized by Amazon with access to enter Locations (as defined below) to deliver packages, parcels, other products, and/or services (the “Services”). You shall ensure that such information is complete and accurate at all times. 3.7 We will not be responsible for any content, goods or services which are accessed, downloaded or transmitted by you through use of the Services. We accept no responsibility for these services. You shall take appropriate measures to back up data and otherwise protect against loss of data under this Agreement. 3.8 You shall take reasonable steps in line with commercial good practice to limit misuse of or threat to the Service or Network; and address any misuse or threat identified by us through the implementation of appropriate security or user controls. You must seek prior approval from us before running any security tests, vulnerability scans or penetration tests on our Equipment or Services.
Equipment and Services. 4.10.1 Where requested by a Support and Administration employee classified at level 8.1, the School will provide the following: 4.10.1.1 a smartphone including an appropriate data service; 4.10.1.2 Internet service to be used for work purposes either during or outside normal work hours for the employee while away from their normal workplace; where that provision is used predominantly for work purposes and in accordance with the School’s administrative policies. An employee may opt out of this arrangement at mutual agreement between the School and the employee, if either the School or the employee do not believe the provision will enhance their job performance. If an employee and the School agree that the provision is not required, alternative benefits will not be paid in lieu.
Equipment and Services. Services may be subject to transmission limitations caused by atmospheric or geographic conditions. The Services may be temporarily refused or limited because of the system’s capacity limitations. Services to any or all customers may be temporarily interrupted or curtailed, without notice, due to Nsight Telservices Equipment, as that term is defined herein, modifications, upgrades, relocations, repairs or similar activities necessary for the proper or improved operations of the system. Common Provisions. Each financially responsible individual, business, or entity identified on the agreement hereof shall be jointly and severally responsible for payment of all Services on Customer’s account. Neither the Nsight Telservices Equipment nor the Services shall be used by Customer for any purpose that is in violation of federal, state or local law, nor shall the same be used in such manner as to unreasonably interfere with the use of the Services by one or more other customers. Customer will provide Nsight Telservices and its subcontractors with reasonable access to your premises in order to install your Service, your Leased Equipment, and your Receiving Equipment; and you authorize any other adult resident or guest at your residence to grant access to your premises for these purposes. Additionally, if you request or contract for repair or replacement service from Nsight Telservices ("Repair Service"), then as part of that request or contract you also grant access to your premises for that purpose. You understand and agree that, as part of any such installation or Repair Service, Nsight Telservices may drill, cut, and otherwise alter improvements on the premises (including walls, flooring, roofs, eves, and/or other surfaces) in order to install, maintain, or repair your Service and your Equipment. If you do not own your premises or your unit is part of a multi-tenant environment (e.g., an apartment building, condominium, or private subdivision), you warrant that you have obtained permission from any necessary party, including, but not limited to, the owner, landlord, or building manager, to allow Nsight Telservices and its subcontractors reasonable access to install your Service and your Equipment, or perform any Repair Service, and to make any alterations that Nsight Telservices deems appropriate for the installation or Repair Service.

Equipment and Services. Equipment or services provided by any other party (including the failure of any other party to provide equipment or services) which the O.P.P. uses and relies upon to provide services under this Agreement including but not limited to: (i) Equipment or services required to transfer services provided under this Agreement from any other party to the O.P.P., (ii) Services provided to non-English speakers who place 9-1-1 Calls, (iii) Services provided by Xxxx Canada to the County under 9-1-1 PERS; and, (iv) Services provided by Remote Agencies.
Equipment and Services. Equipment and services to be provided under this Contract are the following: 1. The ground segment consisting of combined Network Control Centre–Gateway (NCC-GW) facilities installed at designated Inmarsat site locations at three (3) locations, nominally Europe, America and the Phillipines. The locations are Fucino (Italy), Hawaii and Subic Bay. The Contractor shall deliver, install, integrate and commission the NCC-GW equipment to the three (3) sites per the programme schedule. 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for specifying the ICD requirements for the MSC/VLR/Core Network entities. The Contractor shall develop ICD requirements for the RF subsystems conforming to mutually agreed performance requirements. The MSC/VLR and RF Subsystems are to be supplied by Inmarsat for interfacing to the NCC-GW. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for integration of the MSC/VLRs with the NCC-GWs at the three operational NCC-GW sites and reference test bed including debug and integration of Core Network Ref: INMARSAT GLOBALISED VOICE Issue: Draft V2.8h Date: Page: 11 of 81 Inmarsat Globalised Voice Project 06-4318 Statement of Work services covering the full range of GMR-2+ services (including new requirements such as MO and MT Short Messaging and Location Based Services). 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for integration of the RF subsystem to the NCC-GWs and for integration of the satellite global resource management system (GRM) with the NCC-GW at the three operational sites. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for integration of the User Terminal Test Prototype with the NCC-GWs at the three operational NCC-GW sites and reference test bed 6. The Contractor shall develop test procedures and develop or procure test equipment for the purpose of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). The Contractor shall execute such Factory Acceptance Tests. 7. The Contractor shall ensure proper integration and inter-working with external subsystems, by performing end-to-end communications service verification of the Inmarsat Globalised Service. External subsystems are the following: a. Global Resource Manager (GRM) b. PSTN/PLMN c. Gateway Antenna RF/IF d. I-4 satellite e. Operations and Maintenance Centre f. User Terminal Test Prototype 8. Except for Inmarsat supplied CFE/CFI, the Contractor shall provide all equipment, executable software, firmware and associated documentation necessary to build, install, configure, operate and maintain the NCC-GWs.
