EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES PURCHASES. Grantee and its subrecipients may initiate the purchase of equipment as defined herein, whether listed on the Equipment or Contractual page of the categorical budget, on or before May 1st of the applicable contract term, as documented by issue of a purchase order or written order confirmation from the vendor. In the event a no-cost-extension is granted by the System Agency for a specific Contract term, the deadline to initiate the purchase of equipment is carried forward to the last day of the previous month that signifies the revised end of the extended expenditure term.
