Common use of Equipment and Technical Requirements Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Technical Requirements. It is your responsibility to acquire the software or equipment necessary to use the Services you select. To access Central Maine Federal Credit Union Services and to perform transactions, you must have an internet access with a web browser that supports 256-bit encryption. You acknowledge that access to the Services and the availability of services hereunder is at all times conditioned upon the availability of the computer services, software and system used to communicate your instructions and Central Maine Federal Credit Union’s responses. We do not guarantee the compatibility of the Services with all modem types, mobile devices, computer systems, internet browsers, hardware and/or software. You are responsible for obtaining and properly installing and maintaining all telephone equipment and services, wireless services, internet connections services, computer hardware and software, and all necessary upgrades thereto, and all other equipment necessary for you to access and use the Services. CENTRAL MAINE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED OR SUFFERED BY YOU AS A RESULT, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OF ANY FAILURE, INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SUCH SERVICES OR SYSTEM FOR WHATEVER REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE SERVICE OWNER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. Account Eligibility and Enrollment Anytime Access Mobile Banking is available to any person who has subscribed to Central Maine Federal Credit Union’s Online Banking Service and has a web-enabled mobile phone device whose network allows secure SSL traffic. Enrollment will be completed by creating an Online Banking account at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by completing the Online Banking application requesting the Credit Union to set up your Online Banking. From there you will download the appropriate application (“app”) for your IOS or Android compatible Device and enter your Online Banking Username and Password. Central Maine Federal Credit Union reserves the right to condition eligibility for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Services, also known as Mobile Deposit Services, based on certain risk factors and other reasons in the exercise of its discretion. To enroll in Online Banking, you must provide a valid email address. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if any of your information changes, including but not limited to your cell phone number and email address. Logging into AnyTime Access Mobile Banking Download the appropriate application (“app”) for your IOS or Android compatible Device and enter your online banking Username and Password. Available Online Banking (AnyTime Access) Services With Online banking you can:  View current account balances  View account history  View Loan payoff amounts  View payment due dates  Change your Password  Make loan payments  Make deposit transfers within your account(s)  Transfer funds between your account(s) and to other account(s) that you have been authorized in writing or that you have authorized by setting up cross-account access to make transfers prior to such transfer requests Account Ownership/Accurate Information You agree that you are the legal owner of the Accounts and other financial information which may be accessed via the Services. You agree that all information provided to us in connection with Online, Text or Mobile Banking is accurate, current and complete, and that you are required to provide such information to us for the purpose of the Services. You agree you will keep Central Maine Federal Credit Union informed of any changes to your email address, mailing address and phone numbers. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your account information as well as keeping your account information up to date and accurate. You agree that you are an authorized user of the Device. You are responsible for all transactions you authorize using the Services under this Agreement. If you permit others to use your log in or password you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your Accounts. Central Maine Federal Credit Union has the right to rely upon the access of Online, Text or Mobile Banking using log in and password information as legitimate and authorized use, including by such persons who may not be signers on member’s account.
