Equipment Hire option. If the Customer elects to hire the Equipment from VitalCall, the Customer acknowledges that the Equipment remains at all time the exclusive property of VitalCall, unless otherwise paid for by the Customer.

  • EQUIPMENT HIRE 3.1 Tardis shall hire the Equipment to the Customer for use at the Site subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
