EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT. 1. Any fumes, exhaust gas and sewage produced from Party B’s business operations shall be filtered and disposed by Party B before being discharged. The discharge shall meet the standards prescribed by environmental protection regulations. In the event the discharge creates pollution to the building, Party B shall be responsible for any cleanup to maintain the environmental quality of the business park.
