Should this occur, the employee will be required to possess both certifications, as identified in this section, to be eligible for possession an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician Certificate for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of their promotion. Compensation for having either certification shall not exceed 3% additional compensationof base pay.
34.
