Common use of Equipment Rental Fee Clause in Contracts

Equipment Rental Fee. Per Section 123.032(d) of the Texas Election Code, the Xxxx County Commissioners Court has set the equipment rental fee at $150 each per JBC and eSlate. If the County acquires additional equipment during the term of the Contract, the charge for the use of the equipment may be reset by the Xxxx County Commissioners Court.

Per Section 123.032(d) 123.03 of the Texas Election Code, the Xxxx Hays County Commissioners Court has set the equipment rental fee at $150 175 each per JBC controller, Scanner, Tenex Touch pad and eSlateper Verity Duo component. If the County acquires additional equipment during the term of the Contract, the charge for the use of the equipment may be reset by the Xxxx Hays County Commissioners Court.

There is no charge for Early Voting rental of equipment. If the County acquires additional equipment, different voting equipment, or upgrades existing equipment during the term of the this Contract, the charge for the use of the equipment may be reset by the Xxxx Burnet County Commissioners Court.
