Equipment Standards. The Employer shall ensure that new equipment shall: (a) have adjustable keyboard trays and screens; (b) meet required radiation emission standards established by the Ministry of Labour or Workers' Compensation Board. The Employer shall provide sufficient number of standard earthquake preparedness kits in each office location. The permanent Health and Safety Committee or the Joint Committee shall review and make recommendations to ensure that the lighting and other standards recommended by the Ministry of Labour, Occupational Environment Branch or the Workers' Compensation Board, are being met.

Equipment Standards. In connection with the purchase of any items of equipment or machinery from any Subcontractor, Contractor shall purchase only such models of equipment, machinery or materials for incorporation into the Project as have attained the standards of reliability and performance in the electrical generating industry that are consistent with Prudent Utility Practices and the requirements of Article 10 hereof.

All Fleet Vehicles shall meet the North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) requirements for lights during hours of darkness, including a front light that emits white light and a rear red reflector as described in NCGS §20-129, and all other applicable requirements of State law. b. Every Fleet Vehicle shall have a customer service number that is in service at all operating hours that is clearly displayed on the Fleet Vehicle and visible to the User. f. All Fleet Vehicles must be equipped with technology, such as GPS, that allows Fleet Vehicles to be located and tracked by the Licensee at all times.
Equipment Standards. The Company agrees to keep all equipment in a safe operating condition. Any employee shall not drive any equipment which he or she considers to be in such condition as to endanger its safe operation. Any such equipment will be repaired before being put back into service. Red tags will be made available on every vehicle for use if needed.
