Recurrent Training. At Buyer's request, BXXX shall make a proposal for a Regulatory Authority approved training plan for maintenance recurrent training.
Recurrent Training. We will provide training for you and the Facility’s manager if we determine that additional training for licensees and managers is necessary from time to time. Training will be held in our Territory or DIA’s U.S. training center or other locations. You will pay for your representative’s travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits for this training. This training may be held in conjunction with a Chain conference.
Recurrent Training. 1. A Pilot who fails any portion of recurrent training (written exam, oral exam, flight check) will be removed from line duty without pay for up to seven (7) days, commencing with the first day of his next scheduled hitch, or until he has commenced retraining and has been successfully retested by the Company.
2. A Pilot who fails his oral exam or flight check may request a change in instructor or additional training prior to his retest.
3. If the Pilot fails the retest, his status with the Company will be reviewed.
Recurrent Training. At Buyer's request, Bombardier shall assist Buyer to obtain recurrent training as set forth in the applicable Supplement.
Recurrent Training. 1. All flight attendants annual recurrent training for the upcoming year must be published prior to the opening of vacation bidding for the upcoming year.
2. A Flight Attendant who fails recurrent training will be removed from pay status until the Flight Attendant has successfully completed recurrent training. Such Flight Attendant will attend the next available recurrent training class (unless the next available class is scheduled for the following day, in which case the Flight Attendant may elect to attend the following available class after that). The continued employment of a Flight Attendant who fails recurrent training within the same year will be at the discretion of the Company.
Recurrent Training. We may provide additional training for you and the Facility's general manager if we determine that additional mandatory training for franchisees and general managers is necessary in the future. Training will be held in our corporate office or other locations. You will pay for your representative's travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits for this training directly or through an ancillary services fee to us.
Recurrent Training i) A Pilot has not met the required standard to progress to a PPC following one (1) ATE; or,
ii) A Pilot has not met the established TC PPC standard during a PPC event two (2) times in the same qualification period; or,
iii) A Pilot has not met the established TC PPC standard during a PPC event three (3) times in consecutive qualification cycles.
Recurrent Training i) A Pilot has used one (1) ATE and subsequently does not meet the established TC PPC Standard during a PPC event; or,
ii) Anytime the individual Pilot, a Line Training Pilot or a Training Pilot feels that there may be circumstances that are affecting a Pilot’s ability to progress in training (including LOFT); or,
iii) A Pilot has not met the established TC PPC Standard during a PPC event two (2) times in consecutive qualification cycles.
iv) A Pilot has not met the established TC PPC Standard during a PPC event or required an ATE, three (3) times in an eighteen (18) month period.
Recurrent Training. A. In accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s), the Company will develop and maintain a computerized training system whereby a Pilot can complete the assigned classroom portions of his required recurrent ground training at his normally assigned work location. In addition and in accordance with Subpart G of FAR 135, the Company will utilize a system of written or oral examinations to accomplish the testing required where written or oral exams are required. The Company’s Training Department will provide adequate computerized training materials, or resource materials provided electronically at the base that clearly detail the information upon which the Pilot will be tested for recurrent ground training. In no circumstances will the Pilot be tested on materials or information that is not reasonably available for the Pilot to study at his normally assigned base. The Pilot will be required to successfully complete recurrent ground training by the assigned completion deadline.
B. The Company shall make available to all Pilots the equipment and personnel necessary to maintain the necessary qualifications and certifications to operate their assigned aircraft. The Company shall endeavor to provide this training opportunity within a 150-mile radius of the Pilot’s assigned base. It is incumbent upon the Pilot to ensure that he maintains his qualifications. If the Company determines that the Pilot does not possess the necessary qualifications or certifications to operate the aircraft he shall be removed from flight status without pay and shall remain off flight status until the necessary qualifications or certifications have been obtained, however such removal shall be with pay if the lapse of qualifications or certifications was due to circumstances beyond the Pilot’s control. If, at the end of 30 days the Pilot remains unqualified or does not have his certification(s), his employment with Air Methods Corporation may be terminated, unless due to circumstances beyond the Pilot’s control.
C. The Training Department is responsible for scheduling training dates and locations. If a Pilot is unable to attend training during the scheduled training dates due to illness, injury, a reasonable unforeseen absence, or previously approved excused absence, the Pilot and the Training Department will agree to alternative dates to complete the training.
