Equipment Testing Obligations. For reliability purposes with respect to the Interconnection Facilities and the Transmission System, Pepco may reasonably request, pursuant to PJM Requirements, or Good Utility Practice, that Generator test, calibrate, verify, or validate the Generating Facilities or its equipment, and Generator shall promptly comply with such a request. Generator shall be responsible for all costs of testing, calibrating, verifying or validating its facilities.
