Common use of EQUIPMENT TO BE PERSONAL PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT TO BE PERSONAL PROPERTY. It is the intention and understanding of the Lessor and the Lessee that all Equipment shall be and at all times remain personal property. The Lessee shall obtain and record such instruments and take such steps as may be necessary to prevent any Person from acquiring any rights in Equipment paramount to the rights of the Lessor by reason of such Equipment being deemed to be real property.
