For Equipment that utilizes a radioactive source, Rapiscan’s RMA documentation shall provide Buyer with the contact information for a Rapiscan-authorized service firm or technician who will provide instructions and assistance required to ship such Equipment to Rapiscan’s facility in accordance with applicable regulations for the safe transportation of radioactive materials.
