Grantee will: 1. inventory all equipment and report the inventory on the Grantees Property Inventory Form. 2. initiate the purchase of all equipment, approved in writing by the System Agency, in the first quarter of the Contract or Contract term, as applicable. Failure to initiate purchase of equipment may result in the loss of availability of funds for the purchase of equipment.
