NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, EMPLOYEE UNDERSTANDS THAT NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A WAIVER OF EMPLOYEE’S RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 7 OF THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS ACT.
