Equity-Based Compensation and Other Compensation and Benefits. Any equity-based awards (whether to be settled in cash or stock) held by the Executive under any equity-based plan of the Parent, including any outstanding awards under the Company’s 2008 Incentive Stock Option Plan, 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, or any successor equity-based plans, will be governed by the provisions of the respective plan.
