Common use of Equity Interest Pledge Clause in Contracts

Equity Interest Pledge. 2.1 The Pledgors hereby agree to pledge to the Pledgee the Pledged Property which they lawfully own and are entitled to dispose of pursuant to the provisions hereof as the guarantee for performance of the Contractual Obligations and repayment of the Guaranteed Liabilities.
