Common use of EQUITY OPPORTUNITY Clause in Contracts

EQUITY OPPORTUNITY. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to receive grants of options to purchase shares of Sabratek's stock and awards of shares of Sabratek's stock, either or both as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or his designee, under and in accordance with the terms of applicable plans of Sabratek and related option and award agreements.

EQUITY OPPORTUNITY. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to receive grants of options to purchase shares of Sabratek's Sabratek stock and awards of shares of Sabratek's Sabratek stock, either or both as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or his designeeBoard (with and upon the approval of the Sabratek board of directors), under and in accordance with the terms of applicable plans of Sabratek SRS and related option and award agreements.

During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to receive grants of options to purchase shares of Sabratek's stock and awards of shares of Sabratek's stock, either or both as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or his designeeOfficer, under and in accordance with the terms of applicable plans of Sabratek and related option and award agreements.
