Error in Pricing. 9.15 Where a Material Error occurs in the pricing of Margin FX Contracts or CFDs quoted by Rakuten Securities Australia and a corresponding trade is based on such the Material Error, Rakuten Securities Australia reserves the right, without the Client’s consent, to take such steps it reasonably considers necessary to make the required corrections or adjustments on the Account involved. Including amending the terms and conditions of the Margin FX Contract or CFD to reflect what Rakuten Securities Australia considers to have been the fair price at the time the Margin Contract or CFD was entered into had there been no Material Error.
Error in Pricing. Subject to any relevant law, if there is an error in the valuation and/or pricing of the Fund and/or NAV per Unit of the Fund, the Manager will take immediate remedial action to correct the error. Rectification shall, where necessary, extend to the reimbursements of money as follows if the error is, at or above the significant threshold of 0.5% of the NAV per Unit:
