ERROR REPORTING / INCIDENT REPORTING. In the event of any error in the System an incident report is to be made to /LFHQMViHcroHbi¶zzVPartner using the communication channel provided by the said Microbizz Partner. The Microbizz Partner will categorize and process the Incident as either Critical or Normal as shown below.
