Design-Builder in conjunction with the primary design consultant (or consultants) shall purchase and maintain professional liability insurance for design services errors and omissions with minimum limits of no less than One Million dollars ($1,000,000) per claim, Three Million dollars ($3,000,000) per claim, Five Million dollars ($5,000,000) policy aggregate.
