Common use of Escalation Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Escalation Adjustments. The Airframe Price and the price of Optional Features for Option Aircraft will be escalated using 1) Boeing's standard escalation provisions (ECI-W formula) or alternate escalation provisions (ECI-MFG/CPI formula) to be selected by Customer at the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft, or 2) a mutually agreed different Boeing then current escalation provision should such exist at the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft. Attachments 1and 2 are shown with the alternate escalation provisions (ECI-MFG/CPI formula). [***]
