Effect of Changes. Changes to the Detail Specification pursuant to the provisions of the clauses above shall include the effects of such changes upon Option Aircraft weight, balance, design and performance.

Execution Version Confidential Trade Secret Information—Subject to Restricted Procedures Contractor’s ability to achieve the Net Unit Electrical Output Guarantee or Warranties or its other obligations under this Agreement, or causes a delay in the Project Schedule, Contractor shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment as appropriate to the Contract Price, the Project Schedule, the Milestone Payment Schedule, the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates, the Scope of Work and/or such other parts of this Agreement as may be affected by such Change. Similarly, to the extent that a Change enhances Contractor’s or its Subcontractors’ ability to perform the Work, reduces the cost of the Work or its other obligations under this Agreement, or shortens the Project Schedule, Owner shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment as appropriate to the Contract Price, the Project Schedule, the Milestone Payment Schedule, the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates, the Scope of Work and/or such other parts of this Agreement as may be affected by such Change. Any increase or decrease in the Contract Price resulting from a Change shall be determined and shall be payable as follows:
(i) by [**] in an amount proposed by Contractor and accepted by Owner (to be payable as the Parties may agree); or
(ii) if Owner does not accept the [**] amount proposed by Contractor, on a Time and Materials Basis, using the rates in Exhibit G, provided that for any such Change, Contractor shall have the right to make a Claim for the costs of Work affected by the Change that are not covered in the Time and Materials Charges for the Change. Such additional costs shall be subject to audit in accordance with the terms of Section 25.4.
Effect of Changes. All of the provisions of the current collective bargaining agreements between these parties shall remain the same unless otherwise specifically changed as noted herein. The appropriate provisions herein shall be incorporated in the “Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions” of the West Coast Studio Local Agreements (referred to as the “Local Agreements”) and/or in the Producer-I.A.T.S.E. Basic Agreement (referred to as “the Basic Agreement”), unless otherwise specifically provided. Provided that the AMPTP receives notice of ratification on or before November 30, 2021, and provided no work stoppage or job action by the members of the IATSE takes place between July 31, 2021 and the ratification of the successor agreements, the provisions herein shall be effective as of the first Sunday following the date that the AMPTP receives notice of ratification, unless a contrary date is specified, in which case such provision shall be effective as of the date so specified. In consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Effect of Changes. If Juniper Networks changes the Requirements for maintaining certification for a Track for which you are entitled, you must comply with the changed Requirements. Juniper Networks will post a notice of any Program changes on its website. If you have not fully complied with the new or modified Requirements, your certification for that Track shall terminate and you shall cease all use of the Designation or Logo associated with that Track.
Effect of Changes. In the event that any change in the form, fit or function or Specification of any Product(s) in order to comply with mutually agreed upon requirements or standards other than Mandatory Retrofits results in a significant increase or decrease in the cost of such Product(s), or in the length of time required for the manufacture or delivery thereof, an equitable adjustment to the price of such Product(s) or agreed upon shipping date or both shall be made by the parties pursuant to good faith negotiations.
Effect of Changes. The Secretary or the State may promulgate new Federal or State regulations, including new or revised per- formance or reclamation requirements or en- forcement or administration procedures. OSM and the Division shall immediately in- form each other of any final changes and of any effect such changes may have on the co- operative agreement. If it is determined to be necessary to keep this Agreement in force, the Division shall request necessary State legislative action and each party shall revise its regulations or promulgate new reg- ulations, as applicable. Such changes shall be made under the procedures of 30 CFR part 732 for changes to the approved State pro- gram and sections 501 and 523 of the Federal Act for changes to the Federal lands pro- gram.
Effect of Changes. (a) When the employer requires employees to attend in-house training sessions outside of normal working hours, the time spent in such sessions shall be considered as time worked but will not result in overtime premiums being paid.
(b) Employees who are displaced from their existing pay grades through technological change to lower pay grades, shall be “red circled” at their current rate of pay until the rate for the new pay grade reaches the “red circled” rate. Employees who obtain jobs in a higher pay grade through technological change shall receive the rates of the new pay grades.
