Common use of Escalation to Senior Management Clause in Contracts

Escalation to Senior Management. In the event the JCC cannot reach an agreement regarding a decision within the JCC’s responsibilities within fifteen (15) days after it has met and attempted to reach such consensus, then either Party may, by written Escalation Notice to the other Party, have such matter referred for resolution to the Senior Executives. The Senior Executives shall use good faith efforts to resolve any matter referred to them as soon as practicable.
