Escrow and Title Company. The Seller and Buyer shall open an escrow (“Escrow”) with Pioneer Title Agency, 0000 X Xxx Xxxxx #0, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, Attn: Xxxxx Xxxx (“Title Company” or “Escrow Agent”) to facilitate the consummation of the sale of the Property. This Agreement shall also serve as escrow instructions to Title Company. The Seller and Buyer shall provide additional instructions reasonably requested by Title Company in connection with opening the Escrow or otherwise facilitating the consummation of the sale of the Property, not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any additional Escrow Instructions requested by Title Company and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Title Policy Seller shall furnish to Buyer at ❑ Seller’s ❑ Xxxxx’s expense an owner policy of title insurance (Title Policy) issued by (Title Company) in the amount of the Sales Price, dated at or after closing, insuring Buyer against loss under the provisions of the Title Policy, subject to the promulgated exclusions (including existing building and zoning ordinances) and the following exceptions:

  • Closing and Escrow (a) Upon execution of this Agreement, the parties shall deposit an executed counterpart of this Agreement with the Title Company and this instrument shall serve as the instructions to the Title Company as the escrow holder for consummation of the purchase and sale contemplated hereby. Seller and Buyer agree to execute such additional and supplementary escrow instructions as may be appropriate to enable the escrow holder to comply with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any supplementary escrow instructions, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
