ESD and WOL Plan. The plan prepared by the Subcontractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which must set out in adequate detail all procedures the Subcontractor will implement to manage the Subcontractor's Activities and the Subcontract Works from an ESD and WOL perspective to: ensure compliance with the Smart Infrastructure Handbook and Statutory Requirements; and xxxxxxxx the achievement of the ESD Principles and the WOL Objectives.
