Common use of ESEA Funding Clause in Contracts

ESEA Funding. To the extent not already received directly by Operator for use in the School, Operator shall receive applicable federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (“ESEA”) funds, including without limitation Title I, Title II, and Title III funds, in the same manner, and pursuant to the same criteria, that other IPS schools receive such funds. Operator shall comply with Applicable Law in its use of any ESEA funds it receives.
