ESP Professional Development Committee. Section 23.1 The ESP Professional Development Committee shall be created for the purposes of identifying the professional development needs of the members, training options, and developing training schedules that are flexible and accessible. a) The ESP Professional Development Committee shall be composed of not less than four (4) members, two (2) from ESP and two (2) from management. The Association and Management can mutually agree to expand committee membership to meet committee needs. b) The committee will conduct an annual needs assessment survey by March each year. c) The committee will develop a list of training and classes based upon the needs assessment.
