Common use of ESSENTIAL ENERGY’S REPRESENTATIVE MAY EXTEND Clause in Contracts

ESSENTIAL ENERGY’S REPRESENTATIVE MAY EXTEND. At any time, Essential Energy’s Representative may, pursuant to this clause, grant an Extension of Time to the Contractor for the benefit of Essential Energy regardless of whether or not the Contractor has made a claim for Extension of Time. The Contractor has no beneficial entitlements pursuant to this clause.
