Common use of Established Lines of Supervision Clause in Contracts

Established Lines of Supervision. The District reserves the right to arrange work units under assigned supervisors and leads in such a manner as best suits its operational needs. This arrangement will be posted in the work zone so established lines of communication are known to the employees. Craft leads will be selected in accordance with Article 9.06. Craft leads may be assigned duties over multiple work units as determined by the District. Leads will not be expected to have technical expertise in areas outside their assigned work unit.
