Establishment and Maintenance of Draft Account. The Closed-End Servicer shall establish and maintain the Draft Account for the purpose of initially funding payments on behalf of the Titling Trust to Dealers for each Closed-End Lease and Closed-End Vehicle acquired from a Dealer by the Closed-End Servicer on behalf of the Titling Trust for allocation to the Warehouse Facility Pool.
