Establishment of Budget and Annual Contribution. The Land Bank Board shall establish the Land Bank's budget annually and submit this budget to the Members for each Fiscal Year. The Budget may be amended by action of the Board. The Budget may provide for requested annual contributions, if any, from the Members, as approved by the Board.
