Establishment of Electric Service for Station Use. Owner acknowledges that this Agreement does not provide for the supply of any electric service by RG&E to Owner. Owner shall procure, meter separately, and pay for all electrical service required to serve the ancillary electric needs of the Project, including electricity for lighting, security, cooling towers, draft fans, climate control, ventilation mechanisms, control systems, operation and other auxiliary systems necessary for operation, and maintenance of the Project (“Station Use”). Owner shall be responsible for all fees and costs associated with establishing and use of electricity for Station Use, including fees and costs billed to RG&E from NYISO, if any, based on meter data from Owner’s Station Use.
