Common use of Establishment of Indo-Nepal Kosi Project Commission Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Indo-Nepal Kosi Project Commission. (i) For the discussion of problems of common interest in connection with the project and for purposes of co-ordination and co-operation between the two Governments with regard to any matter covered in this agreement, the two Government shall at an early date establish a joint 'Indo-Nepal Kosi Project Commission."
