Common use of Establishment of Operating Committee Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Operating Committee. An Operating Committee composed of representatives of each Party shall provide overall supervision and guidance to Paltar concerning the direction of Operations. Each Party shall appoint one representative and two alternates to serve on the Operating Committee. Each Party shall as soon as possible after the date of this Agreement give notice in writing to the other Party of the name and address of its representative, its first alternate and its second alternate serving on the Operating Committee. Each Party shall have the right to change its representative and alternate representatives at any time by giving Notice to such effect to the other Party.
