Establishment Of The Authority. There is hereby established pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act a joint powers authority which shall be a public entity separate from the parties to this agreement. The name of such entity shall be the Sacramento North Area Groundwater Management Authority (“Authority”). The boundaries of the Authority shall be as follows: north of the American River to the Sacramento County line; bounded on the south by the American River; on the west by the Sacramento River; on the north and east by the Sacramento County line; and also including the City of Folsom. A map depicting the boundaries of the Authority is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “B”.
Establishment Of The Authority. Within thirty (30) days of --------------------------------- execution of this Agreement, the Tribe shall, in accordance with the Tribe's Constitution and laws, establish the Authority (or such similar instrumentality), which Authority shall remain in existence during the Term of this Agreement. Prior to the establishment of the Authority, or upon abolishment of the Authority without a successor, the Tribe shall have all of the rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement pertaining to the Authority. Upon its establishment, the Authority shall execute and become a party to this Agreement.
Establishment Of The Authority. There is hereby established pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Government Code Sections 6500 et seq.) an Authority that shall be a public entity separate from the Parties to this Agreement. The name of the Authority shall be the SACRAMENTO PUBLIC LIBRARY AUTHORITY, and shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Authority.” The boundaries of the Authority shall be coextensive with those of the Parties.

The boundaries of the Authority shall be as follows: That portion of the Sacramento Valley South American Subbasin (Basin 5-21.65) bounded on the north by the American River; bounded on the south by the Cosumnes River to the intersection with State Highway 99, Grant Line Road to the intersection with Xxxxxxx Highway, and the southern boundary of Xxxxxx Landfill; on the west by the Sacramento River and Interstate 5, and on the east by the Sacramento County Urban Services Boundary, as further and more precisely depicted in the boundary map, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
