Establishment of the Free Trade Area. The Parties and Signatory Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and the Decision on Differential and More Favorable Treatment, Reciprocity and Xxxxxx Participation of Developing Countries of 1979, hereby establish a free trade area.
