Common use of Establishment of the Joint Review Panel Clause in Contracts

Establishment of the Joint Review Panel. 2.1 A process is hereby established to create a co-operative proceeding pursuant to section 18 of XXXX, and a Joint Review Panel pursuant to sections 38, 39, 40 and 42 of CEAA 2012, for the purposes of the joint review of the project. 2.2 The AER and the Agency will make arrangements to coordinate the announcements of a joint review of the project by both the AER and Canada.
